This holistic approach enables our client to maximise the value inherent in each architectural design solution.

The role


The Submissions Coordinator is an integral role within the practice, responsible for ensuring the incoming and outgoing flow of submissions, tenders, fee proposals and new business opportunities, is working like clockwork. This role reports into and will work closely with the Submissions Manager, who has been a valued and trusted member of CHC for over 13 years.

Your involvement from start to finish will be instrumental in bringing many moving parts together cohesively and effectively.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Manage submission, tender and fee proposal process alongside the Submissions Manager.
  • Plan, monitor, coordinate, contribute and control proposal deliverables to ensure both client requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Manage a tracking log of live and submitted proposals to support delivery of multiple deadlines as well as follow up process post submission.
  • Write, review, edit, collate and submit proposals and supporting documentation in conjunction with relevant architectural team members.
  • Work with the prospective project leaders to develop an appropriate submission response strategy and continual improvements.
  • Support associated administrative and new business tasks including awards submissions ad capability & experience brochures for the awards submissions.

About you

With demonstrated experience in a similar role, you will be well versed in Adobe InDesign. You have strong organisational and planning skills to not only prioritise your own work but can also be a guiding steward for the team. As a highly strategic individual, you are able to manage multiple projects at once and own the coordination process.


Ideally, you will possess:


  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • High level written & verbal communication skills
  • Advanced in MS Office
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
