The Position 
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work in this fast-paced growing organisation and drive a series of process optimisation and improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have proven experience in delivering effective change, and hands on experience across all aspects of the SDLC, being involved in the process transformation from technical delivery to people change management.
Based at our fantastic office in the brand-new Morris Moor complex in Moorabbin , the role will support the improvement and standardisation of working practices, and the identification and delivery of incremental process solutions.
Key duties: 

  • Hands On support to our Operations teams
  • Data analysis and insights
  • Process mapping, modelling and process improvement delivery
  • Specification, Co-ordination, and Testing of changes to operational systems
  • Co-ordination of third party solution and software providers
  • Facilitation and support of change management impacts

  • Proven experience in Business Process Management disciplines and techniques
  • Hands on experience in data analysis, and systems development delivery
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Proven experience of leading change in complex environments
  • Proven analytical and communication skills
  • A positive outlook, able to work under pressure
