The Role

We are looking for a talented Registered Nurse to co-ordinate our Complex Care clinic (specialising in chronic heart failure) that supports the most vulnerable people in our Community. This role is integral in the assessment and management of client's wellbeing, and operates from a person - centred care framework and aligns with the social model of health.

About You:

  • You are a dynamic Registered Nurse. With a genuine passion and interest in this unique opportunity and will commit to:

  • A permanent role with fixed days and with an opportunity to cover other clinics within the Complex Care Program whilst staff are on leave

  •  Work across various Monash Health sites.

Looking after Our People:

  • We strive to ensure that all Monash Health work in accordance with all relevant Occupational Health and Safety, Infection Prevention & Respiratory Protection Program procedures

  • Ensuring you work within the scope of practice as a Registered Nurse, and escalating to Nurse Practitioners and Medical Professionals when required

  • Completing all mandatory and competency assessment training

What You need


  • Demonstrated recent experience as an Registered Nurse

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Australian working rights

  • Valid Driver's licence

  • Current Working with Children’s Check

  • Current Police Check


  • Previous Community Nursing experience

  • Post-graduate qualifications
