About the Role

The Sourcing specialist role sits within a centralised Procurement function at Monash Health.The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for efficiently guiding Monash Health stakeholders and vendors through the source to contract process, ensuring adherence to policy and achievement of the objectives approved in the procurement plan. The Sourcing Specialist is experienced in a wide range of categories and works flexibly across a broad variety of internal clients implement sourcing strategies that delivers business unit goals and achieves optimal pricing, product or service quality, service levels and sustainable vendor relationships.

About You:
Relevant Tertiary qualification (e.g. Procurement/Business/Engineering) or experience deemed equivalent.
Knowledge of Procurement and sourcing processes, policies, systems and frameworks.
Experience in working with procurement systems e.g. Oracle iProc, Source to Pay
Stakeholder relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
