House Managers required to run established homes in the greater Sydney region. Previous experience managing a House in Disability, Aged Care or Mental Health is essential. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION

Experienced House Managers required to join established homes in the greater Sydney region. The most suitable House Manager will have strong relevant experience in Disability, Aged Care or Mental Health. Applicants must have an in-depth knowledge of NDIS / NDIA. The most suitable House Manager will be extremely comfortable with House budgets always adhering to budget restrictions. Experience managing staff rostering and people management is a key part of this position. This will include hiring of potential staff, staff training and performance management. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a House Manager or Team lead in a 24-hour environment
  • In depth understanding of NDIS
  • Must have experience and examples of managing budgets while not compromising care of clients
  • Strong knowledge of Windows including excel and word
  • Existing Driver's License in NSW
  • Must have up to date First aid / CPR and WWCC
  • Demonstrate understanding of Person-Centered Practises
