About the role

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Administration Coordinator to join our team at Mount Carmel Residential Care, located in Rosewater, SA.

In this administrative role, you’ll fulfil the vital task of providing the full spectrum of admin and reception support to your Residential Services Manager, staff, residents and visitors. You’ll also handle mail, vet invoices, print statements, maintain office supplies, contribute to special projects and assist wherever else you’re needed.

You will maintain billing and trust accounts, process invoices, manage staff rosters, maintain staff records and databases, answer phones, field queries, take minutes, support the management team with administrative tasks and interact with clients and families throughout your day.

About you

You will have demonstrated experience in a complex administration role with a focus on dealing with residents / public and family members. Experience in financial administration including accounts payable, receivable and management of client/resident funds.
Experience working within legislative and other compliance requirements.

Experience using KRONOS, CIM and VENUS will be highly regarded.

You are reliable, always on time, motivated and methodical with exceptional organisational skills.

All Southern Cross Care employees also require a current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
