Full Job Description
Kindness l Care l Respect

You will delight our residents by supporting them with general garden and community maintenance.
Build strong relationships with our residents and enjoy helping them to live their best lives with well-maintained outdoor areas.

About the role & Aveo Melrose Park:
Part-time position available - 30hrs per week
Weekly shifts - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (8am to 4pm)
Maintaining the grounds, gardens and relevant infrastructure
Attending to various minor handyman tasks as requested
Vibrant retirement community with independent living villas

About you:
Level 2 Horticulture Certificate (desirable)
Current Police Check certificate
Valid driver's licence (required)
Previous industry and similar role experience (highly regarded)
Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple stakeholders and requests
