About the role
Reporting to the CEO, and a key member of the executive team, this new role, EGM Client Experience and Strategy, will lead a newly formed division spanning client experience, strategy and innovation, marketing, PR, fundraising, compliance, complaints and quality. The appointee will lead this diverse client centric function to support business growth, design and embed client experience shaping all divisions and deliverables, work closely with clients to innovate and maximise service opportunities, and develop and drive commercially sustainable business outcomes. The role will also lead marketing and sales, leverage data and insights to inform return on investment decisions, provide strategic advice including advocacy and policy, and develop strategies to improve operational client experience effectiveness.

About you
You are a proven executive leader - a strategist and systems thinker and leader of large cross functional teams focussed on ensuring client experience underpins the development and delivery of superior products and services. With significant experience in the design and implementation of CX, you are an inspiring leader who can set strategy and vision, network and influence, and demonstrate a track record in service development and innovation, strategic marketing and product development, and business development. Your experience includes predicting future trends and opportunities, creating initiatives that align to innovation, continuous improvement and revenue diversification and complex stakeholder management and negotiation. A strong values orientation will set you apart in taking this purpose led organisation to a new level of CX optimisation and business growth.
