The Role

This AR Officer role is permanent and full time role. It is full function where you will work in an Accounts Receivable Team, encompassing (but not limited to) the following:

Billing related duties

Reconciling customer accounts

Collection calls and email reminders

Allocation of received payments

Setting up direct debits

Producing monthly invoice statements

Assisting with month end reporting

Your Background

As the ideal applicant for this AR Officer role, you will meet the following criteria:

3 years of experience in a similar Accounts Receivable or Billings role

Positive attitude where you are willing to learn new processes and adopt system processes

Aged care or Not for Profit industry experience is highly advantageous

You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills to deal with various stakeholders

Genuine desire to work in a fast paced not-for-profit organisation
