Life Care is fast becoming one of Australia’s premier Not For Profit aged care providers. We started life in Glen Osmond in 1950 and today, we provide services and accommodation across Adelaide in Home Care, Health & Wellbeing, Independent Living, and Residential Care.

The Role

We are currently looking for a driven and strategic individual to build and maintain strong relationships with our potential customer base whilst promoting and growing our services into the Home care portfolio.

This is a fantastic & unique opportunity to diversify your health career by providing health and wellbeing assessments. The ideal candidate would need to be genuine, determined, organised, have strong communication skills and be passionate about the care sector.

Your holistic and ethical approach coupled with a strong understanding of all aspects of health and wellbeing that will enable a person to “Live Every Day” will see you succeed in this role. You will be required to travel in order to visit customers in person in their homes utilising technology where possible.

What you must have to succeed

Health and Wellbeing promotion experience
An innovative mindset with strong business/commercial acumen
Enthusiastic and driven to grow your own career
Proficiency with digital engagement and the Microsoft Office suite of products

About You

You’re a self-starter with a high level of accountability, who is just as comfortable working independently as you are being part of a team. Did we mention that your time management skills are extraordinary? Naturally, you’ll also have an incredible ability to identify and action opportunities and barriers for improved service utilisation linked to customer outcomes. We’re also keen leverage your strong business and commercial skills.
