Your new company
We are currently partnered with a leading national organisation that delivers clinical education and support to the aged care and community services sector. This organisation is an advocate for clinical excellence and best practice to those most vulnerable in our community.

Your new role
In this role, you will be working together with your team in designing and implementing quality education programs to a wide variety of personnel. You will be travelling to multiple sites across Perth and delivering these training programs to organisations, providers and individuals alike. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop programs that are inclusive, and person centre
  • Continually improve on content to ensure it meets current requirements within the aged care sector
  • Deliver a range of presentations to various stakeholders
  • Deliver education courses on multiple platforms, both face to face and virtually
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholders within the sector
  • Support and promote the service to aged care providers and services

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will ideally have proven experience in the design and implementation of clinical education programs. You will also have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and a Cert IV in Training & Assessment. Key skills include:

  • Relevant tertiary degree within healthcare or education Cert IV in Training & Assessment
  • Significant experience in developing and delivering training and education
  • Previous experience working in the health and community sector
  • Experience in designing inclusive learning programs
  • Must hold the following:
  • Driver’s license
  • Current police check (or willingness to get one)
