Workplace Location

As a Regis Club Services facility, North Fremantle offers hotel-style services, a range of extra service rooms and first class amenities. Offering 109 places including single with en suite and seven large two room apartments, all feature contemporary furnishings and finishes. Regis North Fremantle offers a Family Room for when a loved one is in palliative care. Equipped with a sofa bed, tea & coffee making facilities and a pamper trolley, these private rooms offer space and comfort for families.

About The Role

This is a permanent position at our Regis North Fremantle home, working a predominantly night shifts across the 7 day week, with occasional cover of AM and PM shifts required. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Registered Nurse in Health Care or Aged Care, be someone that is passionate about assisting our residents with their daily needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all clinical document is congruent with current care requirements of residents
  • Administer schedule 8 medications and provide specialised nursing care as required
  • Monitor clinical care plans and participate in clinical auditing
  • Provide high quality oversight and leadership of the home
  • Motivate, lead and supervise all the staff
  • Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policies and procedures


Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
  • A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership
  • Proven capability and experience in leading a team

$60 - $90k + super depending on experience

Mandatory Requirements For All Candidates
  • Consistent with State and Territory public health orders and with Regis’ mandatory vaccination policy, all candidates must produce evidence that they have received the current (i.e. 2021) seasonal influenza vaccination or medical evidence to Regis’ satisfaction of an accepted clinical contraindication to receiving the influenza vaccination
  • Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
  • Valid National Police Check (Full disclosure or standard disclosure)
