JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Part-time position - 19 hours per fortnight
  • Great location within Carbrook
  • $27.65+ 9.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

We’re seeking a Rostering Administrator to join our Resource Management team in Carbrook!

As our main coordinator of base rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long and short term rosters
  • Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions
  • Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements
  • Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off
  • Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high pressure environment, including escalation of issues

What you need:

  • Previous experience with a service coordination, scheduling or rostering role
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Experience within payroll administration
  • Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage
