Full Job Description
Our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services provide children with recreation-based activities with emphasis on social interaction and a sense of fun in a safe and secure environment. A range of activities are offered including crafts, sports, games, dramatic play, nature based play, cooking and excursions.

We have a newly created position for a permanent full time OSHC Service Manager who will have overall responsibility for the Service at Hughes. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has experience in positive relationship building, guiding and mentoring staff, and ensuring that all administrative, quality and compliance requirements are met/exceeded. This position will be non-contact.

Relevant qualifications in Education, experience in management of an OSHC Service including demonstrated use of the My Time, Our Place and Early Years Learning Framework and current first aid certificate are essential for this position.

Benefits of working with WCS include:
Permanent full time position, with a salary range between $74,024 to $75,726 p.a. depending on qualifications and experience), plus superannuation (9.5%)

Broken shift allowance (where applicable)
