About the Role

The Administrative position is responsible for providing an efficient, effective and respectful administrative service to support the Gastroenterology and Hepatology department within Monash Health to deliver excellent care for our patients.

The role encompasses administration of Hepatology outpatient clinics at various campuses, including Monash Clayton, Springvale community Health Centre and Cranbourne Integrated Health service

including aspects of patient management
E-Referral management, Booking of IPM medical appointments
liaising with medical and nursing staff involved in patient care.

About you

Ideally you will be an experienced Administrative officer with experience in Health care outpatient settings. You will be an effective, skilled worker, have excellent communication skills and time management.

What you need

Current working with children’s check
Current Drivers Licence
Demonstrated competence in the use of computer programs
Advanced skills in organisation, time management and planning
Previous experience in a health care setting
