This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointments with the possibility of and extension(s) and permanency.

We currently have one Fixed Term appointment available for 12 months in the End-of-life Care program.

Position Profile: The End-of-Life Care program is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual to be a part of the Palliative Care team. This agile team works in a collegial environment that values patient centred care, excellence, evidence based outputs and collaboration.

The successful applicant will have strong project management skills, with an excellent understanding of the health system, clinical services and service improvement processes.

In addition, the applicant will have an excellent ability to provide detailed strategic oversight that identifies interdependencies; highly developed conceptual, analytical, research and problem-solving skills and a full suite of project design and implementation experience.

The successful applicant will work with stakeholders across the health system including the palliative care sector, health services, primary care and the WA Health End-of-Life and Palliative Care Clinical Leads on key projects that will deliver on the WA Health End-of-Life and Palliative Care Strategy, keeping patients and families at the centre of their work.

Experience and/or knowledge of palliative care and/or the aged care sector are highly desirable.
