Arcare is now looking for a Client Service Manager to work at our Arcare North Shore Residence building effective and sustainable relationships with hospitals, social workers, placement agencies etc, explore new opportunities business to business, as well as provide effective sales and admission functions at Arcare North Shore.

About the Role

Arcare is looking for a Client Service Manager that will be responsible for promoting the Arcare brand and build/strengthen relationships with key referrers in the Townsville region. The Client Service Manager will act as a trusted advisor to the community, hospitals, social workers and placement agencies by being highly consultative and collaborative and provide solutions to respond to identified needs. In addition, the Client Service Manager is accountable for achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) sales, whilst providing support and assistance to the Queensland Regional Manager - Client Services.

The Client Service Manager will be proactive in staying up to date on industry news and trends to identify business opportunities and be expected to attend local network meetings and expos, organise, host and present at functions. The Client Service Manager will report directly to the Queensland Regional Manager - Client Services and will also work closely with the National Client Service Manager to deliver on national Business Development objectives. The Client Service Manager will be based at Arcare North Shore and will be responsible for the effective execution of appropriate sale and admission functions at this site.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a Sales and Business Development
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with relevant key referral agencies such as hospitals and placement agencies
Demonstrated ability to seek out new opportunities for business-to-business partnerships to assist with occupancy
Previous experience in a Business Development (and/or) Customer Service position
The ability to seek regular feedback to ensure that referrers are satisfied with Arcare Services
Proactive in staying up to date on industry news and trends to identify business opportunities
Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills
Positive, driven, motivated and have the ability to work independently
Demonstrate a genuine caring attitude towards clients and families
Must be solution focused with sound organisation and computer skills
Previous experience in organising and hosting functions (desirable)
Must be flexible in working hours outside of normal business hours to attend events and functions
Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration
Queensland Drivers Licence
All successful applicants will be required to have an influenza vaccination as an inherent requirement of the role
All applicants are required to undergo a National Police Record Check. Please note: Police check is required to be within 6 months of the issue date.
