This Role
Applications are invited for a suitably experienced Registered Nurse to join our HARP/Complex Care team at Castlemaine Health. We are seeking applicants who demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, solid experience in working with people with complex and chronic health conditions, and are keen to further develop clinical skills in a supportive team environment.
Situated within the Community Rehabilitation Centre (Health Independence Programs), the successful applicant will provide services to a range of clients in the Mount Alexander and Macedon Ranges Shires, have an ability and willingness to engage with clients with high risk and complex conditions and have a high level of knowledge of community services. Experience in providing outreach, home-based services and an ability to work both in a multidisciplinary team and autonomously will be well-regarded.
