About The Role

The role of National Integration Support Officer promotes and enables ICT service delivery through the introduction, integration and maintenance of key technologies while providing ongoing support to the ICT Integration and Design team as well as system developers. This role will assist with the delivery of ICT projects for a wide range of technologies across Calvary. Key focuses of the role includes software and hardware integration, configuration and support as well detailed analysis and diagnosis of software related issues and liaison with end users.

Your strong analytical skills will be essential for the interpretation and assessment of data, perform analysis and design duties to develop and support integration requirements. Strong communication skills are required to develop relationships with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure the needs of the business are met. Working as part of the project team, you will work together to ensure compliance, accurate documentation for end users, and regular reporting. What You Bring
  • Proven experience in the integration and application of ICT Applications
  • Working knowledge of health industry regulation standards such as HL7, CDA, etc.
  • Experience in design, configuration, and testing of interfaces
  • Strong client focus with experience in transferring skills to team members and end users
  • An aptitude for data collection, manipulation, and problem solving
  • Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information technology, business management, or related field will be highly regarded
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
