About the Role

Technology Business Services (TBS) at Monash Health supports a wide range of services and equipment throughout Monash Health.

Monash Health has embarked on a M365 migration with the focus of the initial phase (phase 1) being to migrate 20,000 Exchange Mailboxes to M365 and adopt Teams as the primary communication platform for Chat and Video conferencing.

The subsequent phase (phase 2) will be to leverage the inherent capacity of the M365 collaborations tools, of which Teams and SharePoint will be pivotal, to achieve our collaboration goals in both the administrative and clinical settings.

As SharePoint Administrator, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the systems design, architecture, development, deployment, operations, administration and support of key SharePoint infrastructure and business solutions.

About You

The ideal candidate will have

  • Prior experience in the SharePoint Administrator role or similar.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role for a large organization.

  • Strong analytical trouble shooting skills.

  • An understanding of structured project management in relation to the delivery of ICT projects

  • Ability to foster working relationships and contribute to positive team culture.

  • Ability to work within deadlines.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
