C-SUITE PARTNERS PL is exclusively partnering with The myHomecare Group Australia and Quadrant Private Equity for one of the most exciting commercial appointment across the healthcare sector, following the recent acquisition of the leading homecare player Let's Get Care.


The myHomecare Group Australia has established itself as one of Australia’s highest growth sector. The myHomecare Group Australia is seeking an ambitious and strategic leader with proven experience driving growth and building scalable technology platforms. An understanding of or experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.


This key leadership appointment will require a commercial healthcare executive with exposure to digital health frameworks and a strong background in building high growth businesses. Our client is looking for an agile leader who will be prepared to balance commercial outcomes with strong governance and above all provide a safe and caring environment for their ever-growing members.


Key responsibilities:


  • Accountable to the Executive Director, the Group CEO and the Board
  • Provide leadership in all matters relating to the overall strategic direction, enhancing the innovator/ growth culture and delivery of quality of care ensuring that strategic goals are achieved
  • Oversee the operations to ensure the quality of services and care delivery, achievement of critical quality and compliance imperatives, revenue and profitability growth and scaled and cost-effective management of resources / indirect costs
  • Oversee the marketing, digital and growth team to ensure the number 1 industry leader position is maintained through effective leads generation and strong conversion
  • Oversee the tech roadmap and development of best-of-breed enterprise systems that deliver exceptional customer experience and quality of care looking towards a virtually integrated platform for the delivery of care in the home.
  • Design and implementation of key metrics and dashboards that provide real-time data and insights into an operational and quality performance
  • Ensure that financial performance provides long term sustainability and enables planned growth and scalability to be achieved.
  • Represent the business industry leader and innovator and play an advocacy role with key external stakeholders
  • Ability to build and scale the leadership/operational team, thinks of new innovative ways to build the future for its customers and remain


Background & Qualifications:


  • At least 3-5 years experience in a CEO or COO position within a healthcare business.
  • Extensive commercial and operational senior executive with experience in scaled and complex organisations to drive business strategy, digital growth and business development, tech platform development, streamlined operations and business functions, clinical governance and quality of care models to achieve funder compliance and risk management
  • Exposure to digital health or technology-led healthcare organisations will be highly regarded.
  • A proven record of growing businesses year on year.
  • Ability to work within a start-up environment and applying a commercial and clinical framework to manage risk through high growth phases.
  • Home Care, Aged Care or Health Technology industry experience will be a distinct advantage
  • Previous experience working within a Private Equity or similar environment is essential
  • Passionate leader who wants to make a difference and change entrenched paradigms by empowering older Australians to receive self-managed care at home by building upon Australia’s leading disruptive homecare model.
  • Highly developed business / commercial acumen with high emotionally intelligence and excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling and sustainably growing high gratuity-brand businesses
  • Demonstrated experience in building an industry leading team possessing the energy of a start-up and continually thinks of new innovative ways to build the future for its customer to be an industry leader
  • Demonstrated experience in businesses achieving industry dominance through digital growth strategies and industry leading tech platforms
  • Demonstrated experience understanding the changing regulatory and compliance landscapes
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills with a strong drive for results.
