The role

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role will focus on executing a defined market strategy. This client-facing role will involve a variety of duties and an example of which includes, but is not limited to:


  • Exploration of new business leads 
  • Responding to client requests for proposals
  • Client meetings & presentations
  • Market research
  • Client retention


This role will require frequent travel to Sydney & Melbourne to continue to grow our client portfolio in these markets.

The Successful Candidate for this role will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a self-starter, willing to be guided but satisfied to work independently
  • Be goal-driven, supported by quarterly targets and Key Performance Indicators
  • Structured in their work style, adhering to internal record-keeping practices and requirements
  • A strong sense of initiative, seeing what needs to be done and getting it done before being asked
  • A ‘team focussed ‘approach, willing to support wherever it’s required to get the job done
  • Highly motivated, looking to meet and exceed expectations.
