Full time Administration Superstar at our Noble Park facility

About the role:
A rewarding opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Officer to provide high quality and professional administration support to our Noble Park team

You will be responsible for:
General administration including document control, filing in line with Accreditation Agency Standards, customer service, reception etc
Financial management including petty cash, receipting and banking
Implementation of organisational initiatives and events as directed by the Residential Services Manage
Ad hoc support as directed by the Residential Services Manager

About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, to support them to live life to their full potential.

This is the place for you if you have:
Formal Secretarial qualifications and/ or significant experience in a senior administrative role.
Previous experience in an aged care or health environment (preferable)
Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation
A person-centred and customer focused approach
Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
A commitment to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
A willingness to work within the ethos of the Uniting Church

You will need:
A current Working With Children’s Check (VIC) (or be willing to obtain one)
Full Australian working rights and a current police records check (or be willing to obtain one)
A current flu vaccination and be prepared to meet this annual requirement
