Grade 1, Year 3-7 (CM3-AF19)


Permanent Full Time
(80 hrs per fortnight) with ADO



We are seeking an enthusiastic Grade 1 Podiatrist to join our professional team to provide Podiatry services within community outpatient, acute and sub-acute clinical settings. This permanent full time position is available immediately and includes working Monday to Friday. This is an opportunity to provide a diverse range of clinical services including high risk foot, wound care, pressure injury prevention and management, falls prevention, biomechanics and paediatrics at WHCG. The Podiatry department places a strong emphasis on quality improvement and professional development and offers a supportive environment including an Allied Health Early Careers Program. New graduates are encouraged to apply.



Key Selection Criteria include:



Essential:



  • Bachelor of Podiatry or equivalent

  • Current Registration: Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

  • Current Police Check

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence

  • Highly proficient written and oral communication skills

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills


Desirable:



  • Membership with an Australian Podiatry Association

  • Awareness of National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards / Aged Care Quality Standards

  • Computer literacy

  • Demonstrated ability for collaborative teamwork within a multidisciplinary framework

  • High level organisation skills

  • Commitment to Continuing Professional Development
