We’re seeking an experienced clinical governance professional for the position of Quality, Compliance & Innovation Partner in Central and North Queensland!

A relationship-driven role, you will partner with our Community & Residential services across Central and North Queensland, building leaders capability whilst ensuring quality, compliance, risk mitigation and innovative practices across the region.

With a strategic outlook, you will develop and drive governance and quality framework processes and systems through continuous innovation, with the aim of delivering person-centred, high-quality care to each of Blue Care’s clients & residents.

A senior role reporting to the Blue Care Executive team, you will work with your peers in Operational Support in implementing and monitoring service quality and safety practices, regularly reporting on performance outcomes and ensuring consistency by leading investigations and driving improvements where necessary.

What you’ll bring

As a senior clinical leader in aged care, your experience has equipped you to drive innovation reflective of contemporary quality and care governance best practices.

A strong verbal and written communicator, you are skilled in establishing effective working relationships centred on building leaders capability through partnership. Highly-competent in reporting, you have a proven ability to dissect problems and conduct root-cause analysis to determine key drivers, mitigate risk, and implement solutions accordingly.

With an in depth knowledge of the aim and expectations of the Single Quality Framework and Aged Care Safety Commission, your skills have enabled you to navigate the complexities of current and emerging Aged Care Legislation, driving innovations across multiple services accordingly.

You present with:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing/Health discipline or equivalent experience in high level service delivery and quality.
  • Current AHPRA or professional body registration is highly desirable
  • Current Australian Driver’s License
