The role of support worker

As a support worker you will provide supports to customers in daily living skills, personal care, health and hygiene, maintaining the customer’s home environment, supporting social interaction, recreational opportunities and employment options. This is a dynamic role with no one day the same.

All positions are based in Busselton

What You Will Need

  • Full WA driver’s license
  • NDIS worker screen clearance OR ability to obtain one
  • Minimum availability to work at least 3 days a week including 1 weekend a fortnight
  • Experience working in front line support roles in aged care or disability services highly regarded
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in record management
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • A positive and professional approach
