ACFI Coordinator – Buderim Views, Buderim (Sunshine Coast)

Fixed term contract until end of February 2022 - Part time 4 days per week - Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm

The Location
The warm and welcoming Buderim Views, with its gorgeous views, borders the spectacular coastal hinterland, while being only a short 10 minute drive to the Sunshine Coast’s fabulous beaches. Buderim Views is close to shops, banks, schools and medical services, while still being a part of the charming and friendly Buderim village.

The Job
The ACFI Coordinator provides a high level of management, leadership and clinical skill to the aged care facility ensuring best practice and quality of care. They are required to assist in the development and management of documentation and facilitate the optimisation of ACFI submissions and claims. This position will be available until the end of February 2022 with the possibility of extension.

You bring: Knowledge of Aged Care legislation, aged care accreditation standards and the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI), current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, experience in aged care, an understanding of continuous quality improvement practices, excellent assessment skills and care planning experience, fabulous communication and team work skills, sound computer skills and a passion for making a difference.
