McKenzie Aged Care Group is an Australian family-owned company with an excellent reputation for providing the best in care for our residents.

The Location
We currently have two roles available each looking after a region. The Sunshine Coast region includes facilities located in Buderim, Bribie Island, Beerwah and Deception Bay. The Gold Coast region includes facilities located in Cleveland, Capalaba, Varsity Lakes, Burleigh Waters, Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah.

The Job
As a Work Health and Safety Advisor, you will ensure that our WHS responsibilities and legislative requirements are met and promote a strong safety culture across the organisation. You will also provide support and advice to Managers and staff in relation to all WHS matters and whilst monitoring and maintaining the WHS Management System. In addition to WHS risk management, you will also support the Injury Management team as required.

You bring: at least 2 years experience in a WHS Advisor role, a tertiary qualification in WHS, fabulous communication and team work skills, solid stakeholder management skills, great computer and data analysis skills and a passion for making a difference. Experience in aged care or healthcare is desirable.
