About the Role

Monash Health Bureau (MHB) are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person with established computer and phone skills to join our Allocations team. A strong focus on excellent customer service is essential. Located at Kingston Centre, the MHB allocations team is responsible for allocating staff to shifts within Monash Health using a web based allocations system called ShiftMatch. You will be liaising with Monash Health’s internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

Opportunity exists for the suitable applicants to work up to 8 days a fortnight. The role requires you to work a rotating roster consisting of mornings and afternoons, covering 8 hour shifts between 5.30am and 10.00pm 7 days per week.

On the job training and support is provided by our highly skilled team.

About You

You have excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus and attention to detail. You have proven administrative experience and are able to work a rotating roster over 7 days a week. Your skills also include:

  • Intermediate Computer skills

  • High level communication and telephone skills

  • Problem solving skills

Monash Health requires all their employees to have:

About Monash Health Bureau

Monash Health Bureau (MHB) is an efficient workforce unit that allocates over 450 shifts per day across Monash Clayton, Monash Childrens, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital, Moorabbin Hospital and Kingston Centre. We provide the following staff to all hospitals within the organisation;

  • Nurses and Midwives

  • Administrative and clerical staff

  • Support staff such as cleaners and orderlies

  • Social Workers

  • Dental nurses
