After Hours Hospital Manager

Calvary Riverina Hospital is seeking an expressions of interest for an After Hours Hospital Manager.

The purpose of this position is the operational management of Calvary Riverina after hours. The Afterhours Manager works closely with the Executive team and in particular the Director Clinical Services to support the organisation business objectives and safe high quality patient care.

The position incumbent provides high level clinical leadership, models the values of Calvary and supports a positive and professional workplace culture.

What you bring

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in public and/or private health sector
  • Proven management experience and leadership of diverse interdisciplinary teams
  • Management qualifications is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex and difficult situations and prioritise competing demands
  • Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and accreditation standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary clinical practice
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to manage key performance indicators within budget
  • Proven experience in change management, facilitating a positive workplace culture and workforce engagement
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and constructive relationships
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team
