Pastoral Care Manager

Full time position

Calvary Riverina Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Pastoral Care practitioner for the position of Pastoral Care Manager. This position will be tasked with coordinating the development of a fully integrated pastoral care service at Calvary Riverina.

What you bring:

Essential

• Qualification in Clinical Pastoral Education/Pastoral Ministry or equivalent

• Commitment to the Philosophy of the Calvary as it applies to the Calvary Riverina Hospital to uphold its Mission and Values, policies and procedures;

• Proven ability in leadership, management, planning and organisational skills;

• Proven ability in written and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to provide pastoral care education, supervision, support and motivation to the Pastoral Care staff and volunteers;

• Sound pastoral and theological reflection skills

• Eucharistic Minister in the Catholic tradition

Desirable

• Tertiary qualifications relevant to Pastoral Care

• Recent experience in pastoral care practice in a hospital setting
