A word from one of our Trainees who completed in 2020…

“I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to work for MidCoast Council in 2020 as Trainee. I found the experience challenging yet rewarding. The team environment at Council is great and I have enjoyed my time working at Council. I completed my Cert III online and found this was very manageable because the support from my mentors and teacher were exceptional. Nothing was ever a problem and help was always available to me. My future plans are to secure a permanent position and complete my Cert CIV.”
