This is an exciting time to join Werribee Mercy Hospital casual workforce with current and future developments leading towards becoming a Tertiary Facility.

We are seeking interested experienced Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing staff to be part of a progressive and dynamic team.

  • Ensure the delivery of high quality, patient focused clinical care to patients
  • Role Model behaviours and practice within the core values of Mercy Health
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships internally with other departments, and with external stakeholders to facilitate patient care
  • Casual Position
  • Wide range of clinical tasks including Wound Care, Medication Administration and Post Acute Care
  • Responsible for Nursing Assessments and Care Planning
  • Service Locations –Werribee Mercy Hospital


  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA
  • Post Graduate qualification in ED and or ICU Nursing is desirable
  • Demonstrated recent experience in ED and or ICU Nursing is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse, multidisciplinary teams
