National Manager Mission & Ethics Campaigns

About the role

The National Manager Mission and Ethics Campaigns (MEC), in collaboration with the National Director Mission and other key stakeholders, is responsible for the creative development, implementation and evaluation of the Calvary End of Life Care (EOLC) Campaign, within agreed budget and timeframes. As care for the dying is so integral to our mission, this role is also responsible for the creative development of additional video programs for the purposes of the EOLC campaign, the formation of staff, the communication of our heritage story, and for other mission-related purposes.

You will be responsible for producing a vareity of materials, including factsheets, brochures, and social/web, as well as developing a marketing and communication plan. Your strong interpersonal and influencial skill swill be essential to drive engagement and gain support with key internal and external stakeholders. A confident communicator, you will identify and solicit support from credible spokespeople and constantly seek opportunities to reinforce the message. In addition, you will need strong project management experience to ensure sufficient resources and acheivable outcomes whilst operating within project scope and budget.
