About our South 1 at Monash Health


Monash Health is the largest public health service in Victoria, employing over 18,000 people across a range of specialities.


South 1 is a 20 bed Transitional Care Program that is based at Kingston Centre, Cheltenham Victoria, providing support for aged persons with a support of multidisciplinary teams.


Our staff use specialist skills and programs that are tailored to address individuals' psychological, medical and spiritual needs and to ensure the best possible outcome to each consumer upon discharge.


About The Role


We are currently looking for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN) to join the team and to provide exceptional care to our consumer’s. We currently have a Part Time ongoing opportunity (64 hours per fortnight) where you will be required to work a 24/7 rotating roster including AM, PM and nightshift.


About You


Communication skills are extremely important in this role as you will be working in a diverse team. You show a highly developed emotional intelligence within the care and support you provide to our consumers. You have compassion towards our elderly consumers, with excellent bedside manners and a can-do approach.


With your caring and engaging manner, acknowledging that this is a different kind of nursing, and your speciality training and experience through your career will see you make a positive difference to our consumers’ and their family’s lives.

What You Need:



  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Recent experience in Aged Care and/or General Medicine

  • Current Victorian WWCC
