About Balance Mobility

Balance Mobility is growing! We are a family owned and operated business established in 2006, providing support to people of all ages, disabilities as well as the aged care and rehabilitation community for the past 14 years now. For the past 5 years we have been situated in our Tweed Heads location. We have now built our second super store in Biggera Waters and looking to expand our team. Being a family owned and operated business, we care about providing personal attention for our customers. Our team are specialists in mobility and rehabilitation products that have a genuine passion for helping people and give honest advice about products that will suit the customer – no matter their age or situation.

The Role

Our 2IC position is responsible for the store’s overall success, working closely with the store manager you will be accountable for supporting, motivating and inspiring a team of Retail professionals to achieve their sales targets, identifying and maximising opportunities, whilst setting the example in providing excellence in customer service. You will be expected to have a strong presence on the retail floor educating and influencing the stores team, so enjoying this environment is key. With the support and guidance of the owners, you will nurture and develop your team to build on their excellent work to date.

The successful candidate will be a highly competent leader who will confidently coach the team to provide an unforgettable in-store experience. Prior experience with a leading retailer is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
