Qualification Needed

  • Touch typing skills to 65 wpm
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word,
  • Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with external and internal calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Effective time management skills

Position Description
  • Provides a high standard of customer service and performs other relevant tasks in a
professional, efficient and courteous manner
  • Perform multifaceted general office support
  • Manage inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing of suppliers (vendors) and submits
invoices to the Finance Officer
  • Provides administrative support to the Operations Team to manage and resolve day-today administrative and operational tasks and problems
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer incoming calls and manage client and staff queries
  • Prepare business correspondence, agendas, and presentations, typically using Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • Send faxes and emails to clients and workers as required
  • Manage, store, archive and dispose of documentation and files according to legislative

  • Operate and maintain a range of office machines such as computers, databases,
photocopiers, printers, faxes and EFTPOS machines
  • Greet visitors arriving for meetings and interviews and inform the relevant staff member
of their arrival
  • Ensure the foyer and the reception area are always tidy and presentable
Provide accurate information on Company activities to general public, clients and staff
  • Collect material for periodic staff newsletters and send to staff (electronically and by
mail if required)
