About the role:
Based in Northern Tasmania, an exciting opportunity exists to provide support to the Program Manager and Client Advisors in providing high quality care services to our clients. As a Care Organiser (CLO) you will be the key contact for clients and play an active role in supporting our team to maintain day-to-day service delivery and coordination of client services; including records management, monthly reporting and document control.

About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients, to support them to live their full potential.

Great customer service skills which are friendly and professional and are known for your caring and compassionate nature
Previous administrative and rostering experience in community services
Can manage multiple requests in a fast paced environment
Reliable, adaptable, motivated and committed to providing quality care
Experience within the aged care sector
Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
Committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
Are willing to work within the ethos of the Uniting Church

You will need:
Registration to Work with Vulnerable People
Full Australian working rights
A current Police REcords Check or be willing to undertake this process
A current flu vaccination and be prepared to meet this annual requirement
