Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting quality deployments of technical solutions in line with provided detailed designs.
Working with engineering teams to provide feedback and guidance on deployed systems driving continues operational improvements.
Responsible for completing onsite and offsite preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
Accountable for level three support functions whilst rostered for level three escalations.
Working with the outsourced Level 1 helpdesk to ensure suitable training standards are maintained for the purposes of First Call Resolution.
Participating in a working on-call roster as an escalation point to facilitate 24x7 response to high priority incidents.
Reviewing, actioning, and monitoring incidents and requests in order to ensure SLA expectations are met.
Assist with executing on system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
Assist with upskilling and mentoring other teammates in your field of excellence.
Building positive customer relationships and ongoing management of client relationships.
Work within a service-focused culture within the Support Services team.

Required Skills:
2 years of experience in supporting customers in the technical services field.
MATV / IPTV.
Windows Server OS.
General Networking (Cisco, HP, Mikrotik, LAN, WAN, GPON, R&S and Multicast).
Deploying and maintaining structured cabling (e.g. Cat6, RJ45, etc).
Deploying and maintaining Passive Optical Networks (e.g. GPON).
Remote Access Technology (e.g. Teleport, TeamViewer).
Public Cloud and Cloud Management Platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure).
Monitoring Platforms (e.g. Nagios, Icinga, Grafana and NetFlow).
Virtualisation Platforms (VMWare).
Structured and methodical troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrable negotiation, communication, computer literacy, relationship building skills.
ITIL Certifications.
Configuration Management Systems (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Ansible or Salt).
Streaming Media Servers (e.g. Wowza, OpenBroadcaster).
Linux (Ubuntu)
Scripting languages (e.g. PHP, Bash, Ruby or Python)
PostgreSQL
Knowledge of the relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice and any other applicable standards that affect operations.

The role is based in Perth with associated travel to customer sites as required, including remote mine sites across Australia.
