The Opportunity:

Work life balance – work from home and from Head Office Brisbane northside. This is a rostering administer role working within an experienced rostering team. This is a full time position reporting directly to the Allied Health Manager, the hours are to work between 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

The role involves:
  • Main focus of the rostering administrator role is employee shift scheduling, including liaising with the Allied Health Managers to produce rosters in accordance with the client's needs.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements and policies.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, and client and employee enquiries.
  • Recording any feedback, disputes or incidents.
  • General related administration.
To be successful in this role you must have:
  • Proven experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Working knowledge of employee scheduling software.
  • The ability to schedule effectively and efficiently employees for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • A high level of organisation and time management.
  • The ability to work as part of a close-knit professional team.
  • Be someone with a keen eye for detail even when tasks get routine
  • An adaptable and flexible nature to respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Passion for improving systems and processes and always searching for continuous improvement.
