About the role:

The SharePoint & MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer's role is to enhance VMCH clients and staff experience through specialist technical services for our SharePoint and D365 platforms. The role will deliver and optimise SharePoint for our Intranet and document management, and D365 for CRM (Sales and Customer Engagement).

The SharePoint & D365 CRM Developer will work closely with our internal teams to improve the way we deliver services across the organisation:

  • Develop and support the SharePoint Online Intranet and implement effective SharePoint solutions for the business
  • Provide advice on overall design, layout, usability, maintenance and quality control of the Intranet
  • Provide technical support and training for VMCH staff
  • Lead the delivery of technical updates to SharePoint and D365 CRM
  • Support the integration of D365 CRM and SharePoint to other corporate applications
  • Help architect the D365 CRM solution for future modules

Skills & experience

  • In depth knowledge of D365 CRM (Sales, CE module, Workflows) and SharePoint
  • Hands-on experience implementing D365 CRM, data migration and upgrades
  • Strong functional knowledge of SharePoint Online (Workflows, PowerApps, SharePoint Framework, Forms Development)
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint governance, security, wireframes, testing and requirement gathering
  • Experience in designing and communicating conceptual architecture and technical solutions
  • Proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders successfully
