About the Role

Due to growth we are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with outstanding customer service skills to support our aged care customers living independently in their own homes. We are looking for people that fit this profile to join our home and community aged care team in Adelaide. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and responsible for assessing, scheduling, monitoring services and providing personalised care to suit the client needs.

Your ability to show enthusiasm, positivity, and empathy as you work with our clients and their families is essential to our service. To achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients you will need to be a team player yet able to work autonomously, be resourceful, manage your time well, be a good listener as well as problem solve. Situations can change quickly and no two days are the same.

Applications are sought from suitably experienced and qualified people with an aged care, mental health, human services or clinical back ground.

All applicants require an SA drivers licence and National Police check (or willing to undergo).
