About the role

Our Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring that our services are exceptional and delivered appropriately. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and employees promptly and courteously, providing clear and accurate information as well as processing invoices, assisting with online timesheet processing, running reports, mail collection and distribution as well as updating client and employee databases.

What you bring

Previous experience in Administration and handling a busy switchboard
Strong customer service skills
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to cope with multiple demands of phones, emails and schedules
Digital literacy skills, in particular excel, emails and word processing with the ability to learn new systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
