Full Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to support and supervise the child and family case management team. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of child centred, family focussed case management and other support programs that are delivered to vulnerable people.

The case management team are responsible for delivering holistic family support through a range of mechanisms. In particular case management, outreach, school engagement and community events.

Building strong collaborative relationships to identify operational and strategic opportunities within the service and implement continuous improvement strategies is also critical to the role.

Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, program management or other related fields, demonstrated leadership qualities, extensive experience in working with children, young people, and families through case work, case management and outreach programs are essential for this position.

Benefits of working with WCS include:
Fixed term full time position (38 hours per week) to 10 June 2022 (covering maternity leave)
Salary range between $90,731 to $94,735 p.a. depending on qualifications and experience), plus superannuation (9.5%)
Salary packaging up to $15,899 per Fringe Benefits Tax year, with an additional Meals and Entertainment package available up to $2,650 per Fringe Benefits Tax year
Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year
