The Human Resources, Business Partner, is a role reporting to the Group Manager Human Resources and is responsible for working with the company's senior leadership team and site managers to help guide and communicate the company’s overall human resources strategy and initiatives. This will involve providing leadership and expertise in the delivery of well-informed advice on investigations, including industrial and employee matters and performance management, with your key focus to ensure the overall improvement of HR matters at each site. This will involve you using your extensive business partnering skills to manage a portfolio of six to seven sites, coaching and mentoring site managers and minimising risks, with a clear understanding of industrial agreements.


With relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, you will demonstrate strong communication skills with a proven track record in leading the development of guidelines and offering solutions to complex human resources challenges. These skills coupled with your superior ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders, will see you succeed in this role. A naturally proactive person, you will have strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate best practice and contemporary HR principles.
