Full Job Description
Provide person centered care and support to residents in this reputable Aged Care facility located in Echuca, VIC.

Work in this beautiful, modern 7 year old facility, located in Echuca as you provide resident focussed support and care and improve the quality of lives.

Full time hours from Monday to Sunday with shifts allocated on a fortnightly roster

Responsibilities and Duties:
Supporting all personal care needs for individuals as required in a respectful and caring manner
Typical duties including showering, dressing and eating
Arrange and supervise activities designed to enhance physical, social and emotional wellbeing
Assist in centre based duties such as tidying, house cleaning and hygiene
Maintain accurate and legible records of all administrative functions of the programs and are submitted within allocated timeframes
Maintain standards of confidentiality while relating to clients, families, carers, colleagues and others key stakeholders involved in the care
Adhere to all policies and procedures while providing a friendly and caring approach
Reporting and adherence to all requests from the Aged Care Supervisor/Manager

Successful individuals will have:
Certificate III or higher in aged care
Demonstrated experience working in aged care
Have completed and can provide a Federal police check (valid within 3 years)
Must have a flu vaccine or be willing to obtain one in accordance with legislation
Qualifications to administer medications beneficial but not mandatory
