Campbelltown Hospital is recruiting for a Physiotherapist Level 3 to complement and enhance the current Emergency Deparment.

What you'll be doing
This position is responsible for providing high quality physiotherapy services. This includes service development and evaluation and advanced reasoning and clinical practice skills in the management of clients of a novel or complex nature. This position is responsible for the supervision, teaching and training of Level 1/2 Physiotherapists, AHAs and students.


How to Apply

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Relevant clinical experience including demonstrated advanced practice skills and management of a complex physiotherapy caseload.
  2. Demonstrated experience in supervision and teaching of staff and/or students.
  3. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and evidence based practice.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality improvement, research and service development activities.
  5. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  7. Extensive clinical knowledge in Primary and Secondary Contact Emergency Department Physiotherapy with a broad range of inpatient clinical experience including cardiorespiratory, aged care, orthopaedic and neurological physiotherapy.
  8. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
