Experienced scheduler with Procura20km West from CBDPermanent full time role

Our client is a non for profit organisation providing accommodation to people with disabilities as well as people in aged care in the Eastern Suburbs, 20 km from the CBD. They looking for an experienced scheduler to join their service delivery team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Scheduling client visits with staff from the team to meet the client needs
  • Responsible for ensuring that rosters are maintained and updated, all shifts are covered appropriately
  • Ensure exceptional and responsive service is provided to the clients
  • You will be part of a supportive and caring team

What you’ll need:

  • Previous scheduling experience with client management system PROCURA
  • An understanding about disability services/community services
  • Working knowledge of the SCHADS (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services) Industry Award
  • A scheduling and/or award interpretation background with significant relevant experience in a similar role
  • High level of computer literacy and an understanding of computerised scheduling packages and advanced data processing with an eye for detail
  • Can think outside the box
  • The ability to use initiative, prioritise workload to meet deadlines and work in fast paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation and the clients
