Your success in this role, will be in your ability to



  • Work to the highest level of professionalism and discretion dealing with sensitive and confidential staff issues

  • You are empathic and emotionally intelligent with excellent communication skills that demonstrate the ability to develop rapport and engage with a diverse group of people

  • To provide professional leadership within a large healthcare setting



Your Contribution



  • You possess Formal Qualification(s) & Registration (where applicable) in a relevant clinical health discipline including (but not limited to) Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or Social Work

  • You have experience in providing direction, management, supervision and support to a multidisciplinary team of clinical professionals

  • Your bring substantial clinical experience in the delivery of mental health care and/or wellbeing services

  • You are a strategic thinker, able to prioritise demands and deliver on time

  • You enjoy being part of, and leading, a dynamic team as well as performing with high level of autonomy

  • You bring highly developed knowledge and experience of critical incident management and Psychological First Aid
