Residential Communities

We have been delivering exceptional services for over 50 years as a provider of innovative independent living and aged care.

We have a track record of designing, developing and operating co-located precincts that offer a genuine alternative to traditional aged care. Our Better Together™ philosophy is based on a social model of care which puts the customer at the centre within domestic-scale households to ensure a home-like experience for customers and team members.

We operate seven aged care and 21 retirement communities across Victoria and New South Wales.

Aged Care Worker

  • Assisting our residents with their daily routines, including hygiene, meals and activities
  • Delivering reliable and respectful customised services enabling independence of our residents wherever possible

About You

  • Have a natural passion and desire to care for people in need and enjoy putting a smile on customers and peers faces.
  • Demonstrated understanding knowing the importance of health, and safety requirements ensuring our residents, people and peers are safe.
  • Empathetic nature, patience, resilience and the ability to alter your communication style to the right target audience.
  • The ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills; self-initiating ways to further improve on the delivery of services, quality and teamwork.
  • Putting our residents front and centre and creating a great place to work is a priority for you.
